Job summary

Csoinc is looking for a full-time Sustainability Leader in Indianapolis to act as the firm’s primary expert and advocate for sustainable design, integrating environmental responsibility into all projects. This leadership role will shape CSO's strategy on sustainability and guide project teams towards achieving certification goals.

Qualifications

• 5 to 8 years of experience in sustainable design within architecture or related built-environment fields.
• Experience leading project design teams through the complete LEED certification process.
• Excellent communication, leadership, collaboration, and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with project teams to set sustainability goals.
• Advise on best practices in carbon reduction and energy efficiency.
• Conduct sustainability workshops to advance knowledge.
