Job summary

FUJIFILM Biotechnologies in North Carolina is seeking a Vice President, Site Supply Chain to join the site executive leadership team. You will own the end-to-end supply chain strategy, governance, performance, and organization capability for a multi-product, GMP manufacturing site.

In this role you will translate site and network priorities into an integrated supply strategy, drive readiness for start-up and ramp-up, lead digital supply chain initiatives, and partner with global functions to

Qualifications

• 15+ years of progressive supply chain experience with masters
• 17+ years with bachelors in related fields
• 10+ years of people leadership in a large SC org
• Experience in a cGMP pharma/biotech environment
• Experience across global multi-site supply networks

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end site supply chain strategy and roadmaps
• Lead integrated business planning and demand/supply planning
• Translate commitments into capacity, inventory, sourcing, and logistics
• Establish governance, KPIs, and management routines
• Lead supplier negotiations and category management
• Build supply resiliency through risk mitigation and contingency planning
• Oversee a $375M–$450M annual spend and inventory budget
• Ensure readiness for site start-up, tech transfer, and ramp-up
• Lead digital supply chain capabilities and data-driven decisions
• Collaborate with site and global functions on priorities
