Lincoln Intermediate Unit 12 in New Oxford, PA, seeks a Director of Student Services and District Engagement to lead Special Education programs, ensure regulatory compliance, and build partnerships with component districts.

This is a full-time, 260-day role overseeing a large staff, fiscal planning, and innovative initiatives to enhance services for students with disabilities. Competitive benefits are included.

Qualifications

• Pennsylvania Department of Education issued Letter of Eligibility, Supervisor of Special Education, OR Principal K-12.
• Experience in central office leadership preferred.
• Ability to communicate effectively and liaise between the IU and component districts.

Responsibilities

• Develops plans, organizes, and directs Student Services and Special Education Programs.
• Directs daily operation of Special Education, Preschool, and Alternative programs.
• Oversees staff, fiscal planning, and accountability in compliance with laws and Board policy.
• Establishes partnerships with districts to provide services to exceptional students and at-risk students.
