Lincoln Intermediate Unit 12 is seeking a School Social Worker to support students and families, delivering counseling, consultations, and assessments as part of a multidisciplinary team. This full-time role covers 190 days per year with benefits.

Qualifications include active LSW/LCSW in Pennsylvania, a Master’s in Social Work, and a minimum of five years’ experience. Effective August 1, 2026, additional licensure or PDE-approved program enrollment is required where applicable.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Social Work is required.
• Minimum five years of social work experience requested.

Responsibilities

• Provide counseling, instruction, consultation and collaboration for students and families.
• Conduct assessments and monitoring as part of a multidisciplinary team.
• Support students to benefit from educational programs and services.
