Process Equipment & Controls seeks a mission-driven leader to architect strategy for the Structural Steel Division, uniting sales, preconstruction, project delivery, fabrication, QA/QC, and safety into a single high-performing engine. Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive leadership in structural steel or industrial construction.
• 5+ years leading Project Managers and department leadership.
• Proven ability to manage a P&L and multi-million-dollar portfolios.
• Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead all aspects of the Structural Steel Division, setting goals and KPIs.
• Own the division P&L and drive profitable revenue growth with margins.
• Oversee Go-to-Market strategies and major client meetings.
• Review bids, contracts, and ensure risk is balanced with profitability.
• Ensure project delivery excellence: scheduling, budgeting, risk, and reporting.
• Coordinate fabrication with field installation and improve shop throughput.
• Develop training programs and standardized processes for leaders.
• Uphold safety culture and OSHA compliance.
