Job summary

Qualifications

• Strategic leadership experience at nonprofit or similar organization.
• Experience partnering with a Board and executive leadership; overseeing staff and programs.
• Ability to ensure financial sustainability and governance compliance.

Responsibilities

• Lead publications and publishing operations; be primary contact for editors.
• Negotiate contracts, review publishing amendments, monitor pricing and budgets for publications.
• Develop revenue projections and annual operating budgets for publications.
• Monitor publishing metrics and advise on portfolio viability.
• Recruit, retain, grow, and broaden participation of members; guide strategy with governance and bylaw adherence.
