Job summary

Responsibilities

• Develops and executes Beacon Credit Union's strategic plan at enterprise level.
• Leads new product development and merger/acquisition vetting.
• Oversees data mining and performance metrics for initiatives.
• Presents progress and new strategies to Board and Senior Leadership.
• Mobilizes teams to execute strategic initiatives and develop leadership talent.
• Ensures compliance with laws, policies and regulations.
