Job summary

Gauntlet Ventures is seeking a Chief Strategy Officer (CSO) to lead long-term strategy and identify growth opportunities. You will partner with the CEO and executive team to shape markets, business models, and strategic investments.

The CSO will drive multi-year planning, portfolio strategy, and major corporate initiatives, aligning resources and governance to sustain competitive advantage while reporting to the CEO and Board.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and MBA preferred with strategic leadership experience.
• 15 years in corporate strategy, management consulting, or related fields.
• 10 years in senior executive leadership roles.
• Strong financial modeling and analytical skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with boards.
