The ideal candidate will have over 15 years of combined political and advocacy experience, advanced communication skills, and the ability to navigate complex political landscapes. Qualifications

• At least 15 years of combined political and advocacy experience.
• At least 10 years management experience with supervisory responsibilities.
• Very strong written and oral communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a trusted adviser to the Executive Director on advocacy and political strategy.
• Supervise strategic operations and policy staff.
• Coordinate policymaker engagement across departments.
• Create and lead coalitions to advocate for policy goals.
