The ideal candidate shoots with professional gear, edits consistently, and manages the company’s Instagram, X, and LinkedIn to boost followers and brand awareness. On-site in Chattanooga.

Qualifications

• Experience filming, editing, and publishing video content independently.
• Ability to manage the complete content creation workflow.
• Experience shooting with professional camera equipment.
• Strong video editing skills.
• Experience managing social media platforms.
• Understanding of social media growth and audience engagement.
• Strong creative eye and consistent visual style.
• Willingness to travel frequently with the team.
• Comfortable working full-time on-site in Chattanooga.

Responsibilities

This is a hands-on role where you'll film, edit, publish, and grow our content presence while traveling with the team and documenting everything from daily work to major company milestones.
