Executive Leadership Solutions seeks a Vice President of Store Operations to lead merchandising, pricing execution, inventory management, and overall operational performance across all locations. The role focuses on fresh departments, brand standards, customer experience, and sustainable sales growth.

The VP collaborates with Merchandising, Marketing, Supply Chain, and Stores to drive profitability, productivity, and strategic initiatives, including store openings, remodels, and optimization

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business preferred; related experience considered in lieu of degree.
• 10+ years grocery retail leadership experience.
• Strong inventory and shrink-management capabilities.
• Proven multi-store operations leadership across fresh categories.

Responsibilities

• Lead merchandising execution across all store locations, ensuring consistency with brand standards.
• Oversee Fresh departments (Produce, Meat, Seafood, Deli, Bakery, Prepared Foods) for performance and profitability.
• Own pricing strategy, promotions, and KVI competitiveness; ensure promotional compliance.
• Manage store operations, budgets, and performance targets; drive efficiency and profitability.
• Direct inventory planning, replenishment, shrink reduction, and in-stock performance.
• Develop and mentor store leadership; establish clear performance expectations and accountability.
