Celldex Therapeutics, Inc. is seeking a Senior Director of Project Management to lead the Immuno-Inflammatory Program Team from preclinical through NDA/BLA and post-marketing commitments.

You will partner with cross-functional leadership to define development strategy, create PDPs, and manage cross-functional timelines while driving risk mitigation and process improvements. The role requires mentoring teammates and aligning with corporate objectives.

Qualifications

• 10+ years’ experience as a project/program manager in pharma/biologic environments.
• Leadership of global, cross-functional teams with strategic planning and risk mitigation.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills; ability to influence without formal authority.

Responsibilities

• Provide PM leadership for the Immuno-Inflammatory Program Team (multi-product).
• Define and execute development strategy and PDPs for each product.
• Create and maintain cross-functional product timelines and portfolio-level timelines.
• Identify risks, develop mitigation plans, and escalate issues as needed.
• Mentor team members to improve communication, planning and collaboration.
