• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities to optimize workflows.
• Credentials such as ARRT or equivalent, state licensure, and accredited program.
• Experience in hospital/academic medical center and lead technologist role preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and coordinate special imaging and interventional procedures.
• Supervise technologists; schedule and prioritize procedures.
• Ensure adherence to institutional protocols, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses and clinical staff to prepare patients and set up equipment.
• Monitor equipment performance and contribute to quality assurance initiatives.
• Maintain accurate documentation and drive workflow improvements.
• Mentor staff and support training and competency assessments.
