Qualifications

• Advanced scientific or healthcare degree required.

• Strong oncology knowledge with emphasis on lung and GI cancers.
• Deep understanding of US oncology environment and standards of care.
• Ability to develop and execute Medical Affairs strategies across complex disease areas.
• Excellent leadership, collaboration, and program management skills.
• Proven ability to engage external scientific and medical experts.

Responsibilities

• Develop and lead US Medical Affairs strategy for Solid Tumor portfolio.
• Provide strategic medical leadership for NSCLC and GI cancers.
• Lead Medical Affairs assessment for emerging opportunities in SCLC.
• Translate data and guidelines into actionable medical priorities.
• Oversee integrated medical planning across communications, education, and external engagement.
• Establish external scientific engagement with experts, investigators, and societies.
• Partner with Field Medical leadership to align priorities and execution.
• Lead cross-functional teams and coach Medical Affairs colleagues.
• Allocate resources to support near- and long-term objectives.
• Represent US Medical Affairs in strategic planning decisions.
