Job summary

BOOST LLC, in partnership with Galaxia Technologies, seeks a Chief Software Architect to shape the technical vision for a critical space enterprise software portfolio in Colorado Springs, CO. Lead architecture strategy for secure, high-scale systems across cloud, data, and software environments while guiding cross-functional teams in DevSecOps and SRE practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field (Master’s preferred).
• 15+ years in software engineering and architecture for large-scale, distributed systems.
• Experience leading enterprise software delivery or modernization in commercial environments; DoD/federal experience a plus.
• Strong proficiency in one or more core languages (Python, Java, C++).

• Architect modern enterprise systems across hybrid cloud environments securely.
• Define and evolve technical standards for scalable software design and integration.
• Translate mission needs into measurable technology strategies to accelerate delivery.
