Job summary

Integrated Resources Institute (IRI) seeks a visionary Chief Services Officer to lead service operations, mentor directors, and expand partnerships with state and federal agencies. The CSO will ensure person-centered services and drive growth across California and national opportunities.

You will oversee budgets, build scalable systems, advance employment-first initiatives, and recruit future leaders while collaborating with Regional Centers, DDS, and community stakeholders to improve outcomes

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in human services, rehabilitation counseling, social work, public administration, business administration, nonprofit management, or a related field required.
Master's degree in a related field preferred.
Minimum seven (7) years of leadership experience in disability services or related field.
Minimum five (5) years supervising managers/directors.
Experience developing partnerships with regional centers and public agencies.

Responsibilities

Serve as a member of IRI's Executive Leadership Team.
Lead and supervise Service Directors and other leaders.
Develop systems and processes for scalability and service excellence.
Foster leadership development and succession planning.
Ensure services align with person-centered practices and disabilities inclusion.
