Job summary

You will mentor engineers, design robust security architectures, and drive strategic security programs across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 10 years of experience in network security or security engineering.
• Experience designing and implementing security architectures.
• 3 years of experience managing and leading engineering teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor the Security Engineering team, providing technical oversight and strategic direction.
• Architect and implement robust security controls to protect GFiber’s core network infrastructure.
• Leverage Artificial Intelligence (AI) and automation creatively to solve complex security problems and streamline SecEng operations.
• Partner cross-functionally with other engineering and operations teams to embed security best practices across the organization.
