Job summary

Siemens Software is seeking a Foundational Services Chief Security Officer to lead security across the organization’s core platforms and developer toolchains. You will align risk management with architecture, product security, cloud security, and data protection while driving secure software development practices at scale.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end security strategy for Foundational Services, architecture, product security, cloud security, data protection.
• Lead security governance, standards, and risk management across shared services and developer toolchain.
• Embed security into the developer experience: IaC guardrails, AI coding tools, secure templates, and automated controls.
• Define the trust and authorization model for AI-native software development with least-privilege access.
• Partner with cybersecurity, IT, legal, privacy, product security, and business units to align security practices.
• Build and grow the security engineering team for OSES and Foundational Services.
