We are searching for a CSO for a recently funded biotech startup working at the intersection between proteomics and mass spectrometry to build a platform developing biologic and cell therapy assets.

Qualifications

• PhD in molecular biology, biochemistry, immunology, or a related field; MBA or equivalent business experience is a plus.
• 10+ years of experience in biologics or cell therapy development, including target discovery through preclinical validation.
• Proven ability to independently build and scale drug discovery pipelines within a startup or biotech environment.
• Expertise in proteomics or mass spectrometry applications is highly desirable.
• Strong understanding of regulatory pathways for biologics or cell therapies, including IND preparation and submission.
• Exceptional leadership skills with experience managing cross-functional teams and external collaborators.
• Strategic thinker with excellent communication skills for engaging across scientific, regulatory, and business domains.
