Position Overview

Are you a data-driven innovator ready to tackle large-scale challenges? We are seeking a Data Scientist Manager in Bellevue, WA, to lead development of advanced data solutions. You will collaborate with engineers and product teams to turn complex problems into elegant solutions, processing hundreds of billions of data points daily to uncover insights. Qualifications

• Proven experience in data science, machine learning, and statistical modeling.
• Strong programming skills in Python, SQL, Node.js, Spark, and related tools.
• Experience in managing data science teams and hiring top talent.
• Deep understanding of programmatic advertising ecosystems, including RTB, DSPs, and SSPs.

Responsibilities

• Design and oversee scalable data science solutions for SSPs, including real-time bidding optimization and win-price estimation.
• Lead and mentor a team of data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration.
• Communicate technical insights effectively to diverse stakeholders.
• Drive hiring, onboarding, and development of data science professionals.

Compensation and Benefits

The annual base salary ranges from $200,000 to $240,000, with potential bonuses or incentives. Compensation depends on experience, skills, education, and location.
