Job summary
Cencora is seeking a Principal Architect to lead Salesforce Platform & AI strategy. You will shape the enterprise architecture vision across Sales, Service, Experience, Data, and AI, ensuring secure, scalable integration and governance. Collaborate with cybersecurity, data, and delivery teams to drive adoption and responsible AI.
You will mentor architects worldwide, define standards, and oversee architectural governance to balance innovation with risk management.
Qualifications
- 12+ years in enterprise/platform/solution architecture or tech leadership.
- 7+ years designing and governing Salesforce in multi-org environments.
- Experience architecting AI-enabled governance, data readiness, privacy, and human oversight.
Responsibilities
- Define and evolve enterprise Salesforce platform strategy and multi-year roadmap.
- Lead architecture governance through Board and CoE with cross-functional partners.
- Drive platform health, security, performance, and operational excellence.
- Mentor globally distributed architecture and engineering teams.
