Seven Executive is partnering with a global leader in HVAC manufacturing to appoint an exceptional Global Chief Sales Officer (CSO). This is a rare opportunity to take the helm of a $350M+ P&L, driving global sales growth across multi-channel markets with a focus on energy efficiency and data center innovation.

We are seeking a strategic, entrepreneurial leader who can build, inspire, and elevate high-performing teams while delivering transformative results in complex, global environments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic Execution: Lead and implement the global sales strategy, fully aligned with business growth plans.
  • Commercial Leadership: Manage and support regional/country leaders, driving orders, sales, EBITDA, and cash performance.
  • Complete Solutions Platform: Drive marketing and sales synergy, enhancing the full solution offering for customers.
  • Global Performance: Oversee all key KPIs, ensuring operational and financial excellence.

Professional Experience

  • Proven success managing P&Ls of up to $1bn+, delivering profitable growth across diverse, multi-region markets.
  • Expertise in global sales leadership with full accountability for teams and operations in multiple locations.
  • Strong background in HVACR and data center sectors, with a deep understanding of industry dynamics.
  • Track record in turnaround management and executing business plans for sustained growth.
  • Skilled at managing critical financial levers: pricing, margin, cost control, and cash flow.
  • Experience partnering with global customers and earning trust at the highest levels.
  • High-energy, hands-on leader with innovative problem-solving skills.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for launching new products and services.
  • Strong stamina, work ethic, and resilience.
