Job summary

Enrichment Federal Credit Union seeks a strategic Chief Risk Officer to lead risk management, compliance, operational resilience, and enterprise risk across the organization. This leader will partner with the CEO and Board to align risk with growth while enabling efficient member services.

The CRO will strengthen processes, controls, and risk-informed decision making, ensuring robust governance and sustainable performance. A track record in credit unions or financial services is highly valued.

Qualifications

• Extensive knowledge of enterprise risk management (ERM) and regulatory compliance.
• Experience with BSA/AML, OFAC, and third‑party/vendor risk management.
• Strong understanding of operational risk, cybersecurity/IT risk, and ALM/IRR.

Responsibilities

• Lead ERM framework, risk appetite, governance, KRIs, and board reporting.
• Provide enterprise operational perspective to improve processes, controls, and resilience.
• Oversee compliance, business continuity, disaster recovery, and enterprise resilience.
