The Opportunity

Own the number and the team behind it: 120+ people across Sales, Customer Success, Marketing and Revenue Operations, across APAC, EMEA and the Americas

Scale a motion that already works: Propeller has strong product-market fit, a global customer base and an experienced revenue leadership team. This role is an opportunity to lead our next stage of growth.

Turn strong retention into expansion: Growth now comes from more sites, more users and more workflows inside the customers we already have.

Take the next products to market: AI CAD and a new generation of geospatial tools turn a mapping product into the platform customers run sites on.

Responsibilities

Set the growth strategy
  • Set global go-to-market priorities across markets, segments and channels.
  • Own pricing, packaging, monetization and product commercialization in partnership with Product & Engineering.
Scale the revenue engine
  • Build a predictable operating model with clear forecasting, metrics, systems and accountability across the customer lifecycle.
  • Turn strategy into effective coverage and sales models, using customer and market insight to improve products, positioning and execution.
  • Use data, automation and AI-enabled workflows to improve productivity and decision-making.
Build an exceptional revenue organization
  • Align and develop revenue leaders around a shared strategy, customer journey and clear standards of performance.
  • Build the structure, capabilities and culture needed to scale with ownership, transparency and urgency.
  • Remain highly visible and present in the Denver office, with customers in the field and alongside your teams.
Requirements
  • 10+ years leading revenue or go-to-market organizations in high-growth B2B SaaS, including high-performing Sales teams.
  • A track record of delivering sustained growth and greater predictability through meaningful stages of scale.
  • Strong commercial expertise across pricing, packaging, segmentation, forecasting, and product commercialization.
  • Fluency with modern GTM systems, data, automation, and AI-enabled workflows.
  • A trusted, hands-on leadership style that turns complexity into clear decisions and action.
