Job summary

Healthcare Outcomes Performance Co. (HOPCo) in Phoenix seeks a National Revenue Optimization leader to plan, organize and implement strategies across the revenue cycle.

You will oversee billing, collections, accounts receivable and financial planning for patients, driving performance across multiple markets. The ideal candidate has 10+ years in revenue cycle leadership, with a track record of strategic process improvements and strong regulatory knowledge, including HIPAA.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business or related field; Master’s degree preferred.
• 10+ years revenue cycle experience; VP level leadership preferred.
• Strong knowledge of HIPAA and healthcare regulations.

Responsibilities

• Lead national Revenue Cycle strategy and oversight.
• Oversee front office, billing, collections, AR and financial planning for patients.
• Develop and update guidelines, policies, and procedures with ongoing analysis.
• Mentor staff and manage cross-market integration and performance.
