Jiga is an AI-native manufacturing supplier that helps aerospace, defense and robotics companies get complex machined parts made by committed machine shops. We’re seeking a sales leader to build scalable processes and drive revenue in a remote-first culture.

You'll own the GTM, scale the team, coach reps, and be the customer voice to product, marketing, and supply chain, shaping the go-to-market and revenue plan for fast growth.

• Built a sales system as the accountable leader.
• Think in systems and can coach reps to improve.

Responsibilities

• Build one repeatable sales process and coach reps to it.
• Scale the team and own revenue plan, quota, forecast.
• Set GTM and be customer voice to product, marketing, supply chain.
