Johns Hopkins Radiation Oncology department in Baltimore is seeking a Chief Radiation Therapist to help lead our elite team. As a Chief Radiation Therapist, you will orient new staff, oversee coverage in clinical and support areas, conduct monthly department meetings with the Manager, and enforce radiation safety measures for patients and staff.
You will also lead departmental initiatives and develop policies and procedures for the therapist staff, ensuring the highest standards of patient care

Full-Time, 40 hours per week
Day Shift
Weekend Work Required
On Call Required

Minimum 48.40/hour - Maximum 79.92/hour. Compensation will be commensurate with equity and experience for roles of similar scope and responsibility. In cases where the range is displayed as a $0 amount, salary discussions will occur during candidate screening calls, before any subsequent compensation discussion is held between the candidate and any hiring authority.
