Powerus seeks a Head of Quality to own QA, QC, and product quality testing across a fast-moving defense manufacturing operation. You will build and lead a practical quality function that prevents defects, defines acceptance criteria, and ensures products meet requirements before release, working with manufacturing, engineering, supply chain and program leadership.

You must have operated in a high-intensity manufacturing environment with demanding delivery schedules and exceptionally high quality

Qualifications

• Experience leading QA and QC in high-intensity manufacturing environments.
• Proven ability to implement and improve QA/QC systems across production, testing, and supplier quality.
• Strong root-cause analysis and corrective action skills.
• Knowledge of defense hardware quality requirements and regulatory expectations.

Responsabilités

• Own quality strategy, governance, and system implementations for rapid growth.
• Lead QA, QC, inspection, and quality testing to ensure product conformity.
• Drive supplier quality and corrective actions across external partners.
• Lead continuous improvement, from process controls to measurement systems.
