Job summary

Lutheran Social Services of Illinois (LSSI) invites applications for the Executive Director of Quality, Compliance and Data to drive organization-wide quality improvement, compliance, privacy, risk management, accreditation, and data strategy. Reporting to the COO, this senior leader will guide CQI, develop policies, and oversee data use across programs.

The role also serves as Privacy Officer, ensures safeguards, leads accreditation, and supports staff development.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in social work or human behavior sciences.
• Background check clearance.
• Appropriate professional and state certification (LSW, LCSW, etc.).
• Minimum of five (5) years of direct service experience.
• Minimum of three (3) years of supervisory experience at program unit level.
• Demonstrated ability to communicate clearly, both verbally and in writing.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Develop, communicate, and manage the LSSI CQI System; ensuring compliance, development of policies, and procedures related to provision of services.
• Oversee contractual review processes in collaboration with networks.
• Lead benchmarking and data-use analysis across the organization; drive accreditation efforts.
• Provide supervision, training, and evaluation for assigned staff.
• Serve as Privacy Officer and ensure privacy safeguards and HIPAA compliance.
