Ideal candidates bring a BA/BS in a related field, 10+ years of senior leadership experience, and a track record in strategic planning, performance metrics, and stakeholder engagement.

The Chief Program Officer, a critical member of the Executive Team, will support the CHS mission by helping the CEO manage the organization's day-to-day program operations, providing structure to grow CHS programs, and ensuring the quality of services offered.
