The Opportunity
We are pursuing qualified candidates to fill Chief Program Specialist, CEO positions within the Chief Executive Office. The position has responsibility for a major program (Real Estate), providing operating departments with professional services.
** In this exam, high-value assets refer to properties with annual lease values of $2,000,000 USD or more.
*** In this exam, large-scale assets refer to properties of 50,000 square feet or more in a single location, or a portfolio totaling at least 1,000,000 square feet.
Part II: An evaluation of Training and Experience, weighted at 15%, assessing:
Part III:A writing assessment, weighted at 10%, measuring English Structure and Content, Written Expression, and Prioritizing Information.
Candidates who meet the requirements and achieve a passing score of 70% or higher on each weighted test part will be placed on the eligible register.
Exam ReviewTest Preparation
We provide study guides and other test preparation resources to help candidates prepare for employment tests. While the guides may help in preparing for the test, we recommend reviewing all related materials that seem necessary.
Eligibility and Vacancy Information
Candidates who passed the assessment(s) are placed on an eligible register in the order of their score group for a period of six (6) months. We will use this register to fill vacancies within the Chief Executive Office as they occur. Applications will be processed on an as-received basis and promulgated to the eligible register.
