Jewish Family Service of Metropolitan Detroit seeks a Chief Program Officer for Mental Health & Safety Net Services in West Bloomfield, MI. The CPOMHSNS sets strategic direction, partners with the CEO, ensures regulatory compliance, manages annual program budgets, and develops opportunities to expand services

Qualifications

• Minimum of 7-10 years’ program management experience in health & human services.
• Master’s Degree in Social Work or related field; LMSW certification preferred.
• Ability to navigate EHR systems and MS Office suite for staff, funders, and professionals.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership to program directors and managers to align services with JFS mission.
• Develop, monitor, and oversee annual program budgets; ensure fiscal accountability.
• Collaborate with CEO and philanthropy to pursue funding opportunities and partnerships.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory, licensing, and accreditation requirements.
• Develop external partnerships to expand services and address community needs.
