Job summary

LoanBud, Inc is seeking a Head of Product & Engineering to lead our technology organization in NYC. This hands-on leader will shape the platform, scale the team, and ensure a superior experience for borrowers, partners, and internal teams.

You will drive the technology strategy, set architecture direction, recruit and mentor engineers, and partner with product, operations, and sales to deliver fast, reliable solutions that enable growth in a fintech environment.

Qualifications

• 8–15+ years of software engineering and technology leadership.
• Experience building and scaling technology platforms.
• Experience leading engineering teams in startup or high-growth environments.
• Strong partnering with product and business teams.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the company’s technology strategy and roadmap.
• Align technology initiatives with business goals and product vision.
• Make architectural decisions to support scalability, performance, and reliability.
• Oversee full software development lifecycle from concept to release.
