Job summary

Solventum is seeking a Chief Product Owner to lead Agile product management for outpatient/inpatient Quality products. You will own the quality portfolio, align strategies with regulatory requirements and market needs, and collaborate with leaders and cross-functional teams to drive innovations that improve outcomes.

Requires extensive CDI/quality experience and a strong track record in hospital revenue cycle, with familiarity in Agile Scrum.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university.
11 years of healthcare-related experience or in business.
8 years in Documentation Integrity for clinical, quality and coding.
Five years in hospitals' revenue cycle including physician documentation, CDI, Quality and coding.
Three years with Solventum CDI, Quality or Coding solutions.
Master’s degree in business or healthcare related field.
Experience with Agile Scrum methodologies.

Responsibilities

Define and communicate the long-term vision, strategy, and roadmap for outpatient/inpatient Quality products and capabilities.
Align product strategies with regulatory requirements, customer needs, and market trends.
Own the Quality product portfolio for Solventum and industry quality methodologies such as AHRQ, Elixhauser, HCCs, CMS star and others.
Lead product lifecycle management from ideation through implementation and optimization.
Ensure product roadmaps support evolving business for the quality portfolio requirements.
Serve as the primary liaison between leadership, business stakeholders, technology teams, and executive sponsors.
Facilitate alignment and decision-making across cross-functional teams.
Communicate product vision, priorities, progress, and outcomes to senior leadership.
Gather and incorporate stakeholder feedback into product planning and execution.
Define and manage product epics, features, and user stories.
Ensure Agile teams maintain a clear understanding of business priorities and expected outcomes.
Define quality outcome metrics, KPIs, and performance dashboards.
Leverage data analytics to identify ROI outcome trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
Monitor product performance and value realization.
Use customer and operational insights to inform product decisions.
