Robigo is hiring a Chief Product Officer to translate discovery biology into market-ready crop protection. This leadership role reports to the CEO and collaborates with regulatory, commercial, and technical teams to deliver breakthrough products on schedule.

The executive shapes a multi-year product vision, guides field trials, and ensures learnings translate into compelling market positioning. A fast-moving startup ethos and growth ambitions define the role.

Qualifications

• 15+ years in agriculture biotechnology R&D, product development, or innovation within crop protection and biologicals.
• Demonstrated success stewarding products from early discovery through post-launch iteration.
• Experience collaborating with commercial and marketing teams on strategy, positioning, and launches.
• Experience managing external manufacturing, CROs, and academic partnerships.
• Exceptional communication skills across technical and non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive a repeatable product development process and lifecycle management.
• Lead product development from field demonstration through launch and post-launch iteration.
• Oversee regulatory, quality, and manufacturing alignment across crop protection categories.
• Engage growers and partners to translate findings into differentiated product positioning.
• Build and lead a cross-functional team spanning product, field trials, data science, and manufacturing.
