The CPO will build and scale a product organization, align roadmaps with revenue and retention goals, and establish a durable product operating model across cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• 15+ years in product, software engineering, or related technical leadership.
• Proven track record building/re inventing SaaS platforms with strong UI/UX and commercial impact.
• Experience leading in high-growth or disruptive B2B software environments.
• Strong architectural and data/AI literacy to guide platform decisions.

Responsibilities

• Define end-to-end product vision, strategy, and roadmap for Spend Management division.
• Lead the evolution to a unified, scalable SaaS platform with AI integration.
• Partner with engineering on architecture, delivery, quality, and security.
