Job summary
One Degree is seeking a hands-on Head of Product & Engineering to lead the product and engineering teams, translate strategy into executable plans, and partner with the CEO to deliver impact. This is a remote role based in the United States with occasional travel to partner sites as needed.
You will set technical direction, build high-performing teams, and own delivery of AI-enabled services that expand access to public benefits.

- Set technical direction and build roadmap with architecture, platforms, data, integrations, security, privacy, reliability, and AI usage
- Drive execution and operational excellence with pragmatic engineering practices
- Provide executive leadership and strategic partnership to the CEO and board
