Job summary

RJM Construction in Golden Valley, MN is seeking a Director of Preconstruction & Project Integration to lead estimating, QA/QC, and MEP teams. You will drive cross-functional collaboration, align workflows from preconstruction through closeout, and ensure adherence to RJM’s processes to deliver high-quality outcomes.

This full-time role requires a 4-year degree, 12+ years in construction, and at least 5 years in leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.
• 12+ years of relevant experience; 5+ years leading teams.
• Experience in commercial construction.
• Proficiency in Excel, Sage, Vista and Procore.
• LEAN experience preferred; LEED experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead preconstruction, QA/QC, and MEP teams; ensure cross-functional collaboration.
• Align workflows across preconstruction, operations, and closeout.
• Drive process excellence and compliance with RJM processes.
• Develop staffing plans and mentor leaders.
• Improve client experience and drive profitable project delivery.
