Job summary

AdvaMed seeks an Executive Vice President, Payment & Health Care Delivery Policy, to shape national policy on payment, reimbursement, and market access for medical technologies. You will lead a high-impact portfolio, engage CMS, HHS, Congress, and industry leaders, and drive policy solutions that accelerate patient access and innovation.

The role requires exceptional strategic judgment, executive presence, and the ability to align diverse interests into durable consensus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree in public policy or related field preferred.
• 15+ years of health policy experience, including 10+ years in senior leadership roles.
• Proven ability to build coalitions with multiple stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Establishes and leads policy agenda on payment, reimbursement, and market access.
• Represents AdvaMed as senior spokesperson on payment & health care delivery policy.
• Leads executive-level committees to set priorities and coordinate advocacy efforts.
• Cultivates relationships with CMS, HHS, Congress, and other policymakers to secure outcomes.
