You will drive podcast storytelling with a team of producers and collaborate across departments to deliver ambitious slate launches.

The role requires strong pop culture insight, creative problem-solving and budget management, in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of professional experience in a creative environment taking projects from idea to flight.
• Deep understanding of pop culture, entertainment digital creators and social media trends.
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to lead teams to launch.
• Experience interviewing, hiring and training employees and setting compensation terms.

Responsibilities

• Guiding the development of assigned podcasts.
• Providing input and shaping the delivery of podcast content.
• Delegating duties and show assignments for Supervising Producers and Producers.
• Managing show budgets and communicating needs with talent and other departments.
• Discovering, recruiting, and developing new talent and show concepts.
• Developing and producing new shows and overseeing casting through launch and promotion.
