Job summary

MAXIMUS is seeking a senior technical leader responsible for the end-to-end engineering, integration, DevSecOps, and operations of enterprise systems including Salesforce and Deltek Costpoint.

You will drive platform modernization, automation, and technical debt reduction while ensuring security, reliability, and compliance across CRM, ERP, and connected systems. Collaboration with business leaders and agile teams will shape transformation initiatives.

Qualifications

• Senior-level engineering and leadership experience across large programs.
• Proven ability to manage enterprise platforms, application portfolios, or technical teams.
• Strong knowledge of CRM/ERP platforms and integration.
• Experience with architecture, APIs, DevSecOps, CI/CD, testing, and release management.
• Ability to operate in government or regulated environments with compliance focus.

Responsibilities

• Own the program's engineering, integration, DevSecOps, and operations lifecycle.
• Lead platform operations, release management, and modernization.
• Drive automation, reuse, and reduction of technical debt.
• Ensure security, reliability, performance, and compliance across systems.
• Collaborate with business and technology leaders to steer investments and priorities.
• Build and guide high-performing teams and staffing plans.
• Manage budgets, licensing, vendors, and services.
