Job summary

Maximus seeks an experienced technical leader to own the program’s engineering integrity across Salesforce, Deltek Costpoint, and supporting enterprise systems. You will oversee architecture, integration, DevSecOps, and operations to deliver secure, reliable platforms.

You will drive modernization, automation, and cost-effective delivery while guiding teams and collaborating with business leaders on priorities and roadmaps.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
12+ years of progressively responsible experience.
Experience with enterprise CRM/ERP platforms, especially Salesforce or Deltek Costpoint.
Leadership of architecture, integration, modernization, and operations.
Knowledge of APIs, DevSecOps, CI/CD, testing and release management.
Ability to manage budgets, licensing, vendors, and workforce planning.

Responsibilities

Own the program's engineering solutions, integrity, and quality.
Lead application engineering, platform operations, and release management.
Drive platform modernization, automation, and technical debt reduction.
Ensure security, compliance, and operational health across systems.
Partner with leaders to prioritize capabilities and transformation initiatives.
