Job summary

Maximus is seeking an accomplished technology leader to own and guide the engineering, integration, and operations of critical enterprise platforms including Salesforce and Deltek Costpoint. The role drives platform modernization, DevSecOps, and cost management while aligning with program objectives.

You will lead cross-functional teams, set engineering standards, and partner with business and technology leaders to prioritize capabilities and transformation initiatives.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science, or related field.
12+ years of progressive engineering experience, including senior technical leadership on large programs.
7+ years of technology leadership experience managing enterprise platforms or technical teams.
Strong knowledge of enterprise CRM/ERP platforms, preferably Salesforce and/or Deltek Costpoint.
Experience with enterprise architecture, APIs, DevSecOps, CI/CD, testing, and release management.

Responsibilities

Own the program's engineering solutions, ensuring integrity and quality.
Lead architecture, integration, modernization, and operations for enterprise platforms.
Manage technical risk, security, performance, and compliance across systems.
