Job summary

SeniorCRE is seeking a founding Head of Engineering to own the platform from architecture to delivery. This hands-on leader will code in the early days and build a team around them, reporting directly to the CEO. You’ll own a modern TypeScript stack on AWS, a large monorepo, and multi-facility healthcare operations.

You’ll drive security, compliance, and enterprise readiness while shaping the engineering culture. Remote-first within U.S. time zones, with travel as needed.

Qualifications

• You've built and operated a PostgreSQL product in production, with row-level security and scalable schema design.
