Job summary

Qualifications

• Must meet Chief Pilot qualification under 14 CFR 119.71 and serve as PIC on at least one aircraft.
• Type rating in at least one turbojet fleet required; additional fleet qualification preferred.
• Current FAA Medical Certificate required (Second Class minimum).
• Bachelor's degree in aviation management or related field preferred.
• Minimum of three years PIC experience on Part 121/135 operations.
• Prior Chief Pilot or equivalent flight operations management preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise all flight crew personnel and exercise operational control of company flights.
• Maintain proficiency as Pilot-in-Command and conduct ground and line training.
• Develop, obtain FAA approval for, and oversee pilot training programs for both certificates.
• Manage training records, audits, and compliance across two Part 135 certificates.
• Coordinate with Director of Operations on policies, scheduling, and safety standards.
• Oversee instructor pilots, check airmen, and external training providers.
