Extra Special People (ESP) in Atlanta seeks a Chief Philanthropy Officer to serve as the organization’s senior philanthropic leader, reporting to the CEO. This role will build and lead a comprehensive, multi-year philanthropy strategy, and personally manage ESP’s major donor portfolio while collaborating with the CEO and boards to fuel growth and mission impact.

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• At least eight years of progressively responsible nonprofit fundraising experience, including leadership of strategy, revenue, and performance.
• At least 5 years of successful people leadership, including coaching leaders, building accountable teams, and leading through growth or change.
