Job summary

You will work with the board, CEO, and leadership staff to develop a comprehensive fundraising program, oversee major gifts, planned giving, and capital campaigns, and manage donor relations, research, budgets, and stewardship.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Public Relations, Communications or related field.
• Minimum 7 years of fundraising or nonprofit experience.
• Minimum 5 years in a leadership role in fundraising.
• 5 years experience managing a donor portfolio with gifts at $100,000+.

Responsibilities

• Define the mission and strategic role of philanthropy with the board and CEO.
• Develop and implement an annual fundraising plan for major gifts and campaigns.
• Manage the philanthropy budget and ensure donor records and stewardship systems.
• Lead a team and supervise staff to ensure donor-centered service.
