Job summary

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 10 years of leadership in nonprofit fundraising.
  • Proven track record securing five-, six-, and seven-figure gifts.
  • Experience diversifying funding sources and increasing revenue.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience partnering with CEOs and boards.

Responsibilities

  • Lead all advancement functions and revenue strategies.
  • Cultivate, solicit, and steward high-capacity donors.
  • Build and mentor a high-performing Advancement team.
  • Oversee CRM, analytics, and donor stewardship processes.
  • Partner with CEO and Board to set fundraising priorities.
