Job summary

Project Hospitality, in Staten Island, NY, seeks a Chief Advancement Officer to drive a comprehensive philanthropy strategy and accelerate revenue to support its mission. The role reports to the CEO and collaborates with the Board to advance fundraising priorities and community impact.

The CAO will lead major gifts, annual and planned giving, foundation and corporate partnerships, and donor stewardship; build a high-performing team; and ensure data-driven decisions expand philanthropic

Qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years of leadership in nonprofit fundraising.
• Proven track record securing five-, six-, and seven-figure gifts.
• Experience diversifying funding sources and increasing revenue.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience partnering with CEOs and boards.

Responsibilities

• Lead all advancement functions and revenue strategies.
• Cultivate, solicit, and steward high-capacity donors.
• Build and mentor a high-performing Advancement team.
• Oversee CRM, analytics, and donor stewardship processes.
• Partner with CEO and Board to set fundraising priorities.
