Ideal Candidate Profile

We seek a collaborative, forward‑thinking leader with:

  • At least ten years of progressively responsible philanthropy leadership experience
  • A proven record of success in major gifts, capital campaigns, and nonprofit fund-raising
  • Exceptional relationship‑building, communication, and strategic planning skills
  • Experience working closely with governing boards and volunteer leaders
  • Background in older adult living, healthcare, aging services, higher education, or other mission‑driven organizations
