Job summary

Duke Health seeks aSenior Director of Sourcing and Supply Chain to lead enterprise sourcing strategy across Duke University Health System and Duke University. You will align demand, supplier strategy, and contract readiness to create measurable value and improve economics.

The role includes cross-institution collaboration and governance of complex negotiations. You will guide leveraging procurement best practices, standard work, and post-sourcing compliance, while supporting a hybrid work

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred; Pharm.D. highly preferred.
• Minimum ten years in progressively responsible roles with supervision and leadership experience.
• Experience leading enterprise sourcing strategy across large health systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise sourcing strategy and execution for an assigned portfolio.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to align supplier strategy and contracts.
• Oversee negotiations and contract lifecycle governance to improve pricing and risk management.
• Drive standardization, supplier diversity goals, and value realization across DUHS and DU.
